In this study, we compare the differences in learning effects by region according to the 3D simulation learning based web and virtual reality learning methods using Samsung Gear VR and the factors of medium characteristics which virtual reality learning aim to determine the affect the learning experience. Research results, first of all, the evaluation of the virtual reality learning appeared a little higher than simulation learning however, there was no significant difference. Second, there was no significant differences to the factual knowledge and conceptual knowledge but differences in procedural knowledge was enhanced by 5% after the post-test. Also we verified the fact that sensory immersion presented in previous studies was an important characteristic factor in this study and was influenced the learning satisfaction.
