창조적 학습도시로의 발전을 위한 실천적 프로세스 연구: 음악창의도시 통영을 중심으로 = A study on practical processes for the development creative city: Focusing on Tongyeong

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The stream of global economy, which moves toward labor and capital intensive industrialization and scaling, has showed limits from some point. Therefore, the world introspects consumptive life and pursues the value which can replace mass production of consumer products. It is continued to enhancement of industrial structure and diffusion of post-material value system. Therefore, the paradigm focusing on changes of innovation and creative discourse is rapidly spread in countries and cities who face the extreme situation of survival. However, creativity is actually spread to bureaucratic and functional discourse. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to examine how the identity based on city historicity is reborn creatively and what developmental strategies to change intangible assets and culture to valuable assets are. For the research, researchers chose Tongyeong, an UNESCO global creative city in 2015 as an object and conducted qualitative case study with data obtained by documentary survey of Tongyeong, local visiting and interview.
