인구소멸 위기 지역 청년의 창업 경험 : 인터뷰를 중심으로 = Entrepreneurial Experiences of Youth in Population Crisis Areas: Focusing on Interviews

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 청년이 창업을 통해 경험하는 로컬과 창업에 대한 의미의 본질을 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 인구소멸 위기 지역으로 분류된 Y시에서 10명의 청년 창업자를 정보제공자로 하였으며, 반구조화 인터뷰 자료를 수집해 범주 분석하였다. 연구 결과 창업 경험의 본질적 주제는 환경의 이해, 로컬의 한계, 연대와 희망으로 도출하였다. 로컬 청년 창업가가 경험한 의미는 첫째, 로컬창업은 청년이 사업가로서 성장해 가는 과정임을 확인하였고, 둘째, 시장 관점에서는 로컬에 대한 변화된 인식을 기반으로 사업적 한계를 경험하면서, 현재의 청년창업 정책에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다. 셋째, 이해와 연대를 기반으로 한 로컬 청년창업의 활성화를 위해 필요한 운영 방법을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the essence of the meaning of local and entrepreneurship experienced by young people through startup. To this end, 10 young entrepreneurship experiencers in Y City, which is classified as a region in danger of population extinction, were selected as informants, and semi-structured interviews data were collected and categorized. As a result of the study, the essential themes of entrepreneurship experience were derived as understanding of the environment, limitations of the local, solidarity, and hope. The meaning experienced by local young entrepreneurs was first confirmed as a process in which young people with low self-esteem grow as entrepreneurs. Second, from a market perspective, based on the changed perception of the local, while experiencing business limitations, implications for the current youth entrepreneurship policy were suggested. Third, the necessary operational methods were suggested to activate local youth entrepreneurship based on understanding and solidarity.
