한국 교회 평신도의 해외 선교 역량에 관한 조사 연구 = A Study on the Competency for Oversea Mission of Laity in Korean Church

This study aims to overcome this problem in the reality that the missionary resources of the Korean church and the actual missionary support are decreasing, and to propose for sustainable development by investigating the overseas mission capacity of the laymen to continue the Korean church to participate in missions. To do this, first, it is knowledge of mission. This is a basic knowledge of laity’s mission knowledge, a reason for their interest in laity’s missions, a difference in the proportion of mission in church and the proportion of laity feelings, and a deep study of the mission knowledge of laity. Third, a survey on the future development for missions shows that there is a plan for the establishment of a missionary organization in the church, the necessity of a mission agency in the church, and the planning and preparation agency for short-term missions. The questionnaire was based on a mobile phone, and the collected data was statistically processed using the SPSS program 25, and the frequency and percentage were calculated and analyzed.
The analysis results are as follows. First, there was a lack of understanding and depth in the understanding of mission. Second, there was a lack of communication between missionaries and laity for missions. There is also a research project that laity have to solve for the development of missions. ① It is clear that laity should be engaged in missions, but the actual participation rate is different. Why? ② Laity need to see more accurately about the extent and depth of the mission. ③ When we look at the practice of laity, there is a difference between thought and practice. It is still necessary to study whether missions are expanding to Korean churches. ④ Why can’t we identify the difference in perception of laity on missions by region? ⑤ Missionaries need to share and activate the knowledge, information, and strategies they gain from the mission field. It is also necessary to study the direction of configuring the network for this purpose.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고는 한국 교회의 선교사 자원과 실제 선교사 지원이 줄어들고 있는 현실에서 이를 극복하고 한국 교회가 선교에 계속적으로참여하도록 평신도를 대상으로 해외 선교 역량을 조사하여 지속 가능한 발전을 위하여 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 조사한 분야는 다음과 같다. 첫째로 선교에 대한 지식이다. 이는 평신도들의 선교 지식에 대한 기초적인 지식의 정도, 평신도들의 선교에 대한 관심을 가지게 된 이유, 선교가 교회에서 차지하는 비중과성도들이 직접 느끼는 비중의 차이, 성도들이 가지고 있는 선교에대한 지식의 깊이 조사이다. 둘째로 선교 동원 및 동참이다. 이는소속 교회의 상황 분석 평신도들의 선교 참여에 대한 의지, 교회의선교 정책에 대한 신뢰 등이다. 셋째로 선교를 위한 미래적 발전에대하여 설문조사다. 이는 출석하는 교회의 선교 기관 설립에 대한『복음과 선교』제46집 43-84 http://dx.doi.org/10.20326/KEMS.46.2.43 한국 교회 평신도의해외 선교 역량에 관한 조사 연구구성모(성결대학교, 선교학) 44 l 복음과 선교 제46집교회의 계획 유무, 교회내 선교 담당 기관의 필요성, 단기 선교의기획 및 준비 기관 등이다. 설문 방법은 모바일 폰을 사용하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS프로그램 17을 사용하여 통계 처리 하였으며, 빈도와 백분율을 산출하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째로 평신도들의 선교에 대한 이해도는 부분적으로만 인지하고깊이가 부족하였다. 둘째로 선교를 위한 선교사와 평신도 간에 소통이 부족하였다. 또한 평신도들이 선교의 발전을 위하여 풀어야할 연구 과제도 발견되었는데 그것은 ① 평신도들은 선교를 해야한다는 점은 분명히 알지만 실제적으로 동참하는 비율이 다르다.
그 이유가 무엇인가? ② 평신도들이 실제적으로 선교에 대한 범위와 깊이에 대하여 보다 정확하게 확인할 필요가 있다. ③ 평신도들이 선교를 실천하는 것을 보면, 생각과 차이가 생긴다. 이는 아직 선교가 한국 교회에 저변화 되고 있는가를 연구할 필요성을 제기한다. ④ 지역별로 선교에 대한 평신도들의 인식 차이를 확인하지 못하는 이유는 무엇인가? ⑤ 선교사들이 선교 현장에서 얻는 지식, 정보, 및 전략들을 공유하고 활성화 하는 방안이 필요하다. 이를 위한 네트워크를 구성할 수 있는 방향에 대한 연구도 필요하다.
