원격대학의 사회복지현장실습 3P-Plus모델에 관한 연구|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근에 증가하는 원격대학의 사회복지교육의 질적 제고를 위해서는 원격대학의 특성을 고려한 효과적 실습모델을 확립하는 것이 시급하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효과적인 원격대학 실습 모델을 제시하기 위해 양적연구와 질적연구를 병행하여 사회복지실천 현장의 요구를 반영한 결과를 근거로 ‘3P Plus’ 모델을 제시하였다. 이 모델은 실습 진행과정을 크게 실습 전 단계(Pre-Practicum), 실습 단계(Practicum), 실습 후 단계(Post-Practicum)라는 3P 단계로 구분하여 각각의 단계에서 제시된 문제점과 이를 해결하기 위한 대안을 제시하였다. 그리고 본 모델에 의한 실습 진행 과정인 ‘3P’만으로는 충족할 수 없는 부분까지 보완하기 위해서 추가적으로 ‘현장과의 소통과 통합’이라는 추가적 노력(Plus)이 필요함을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to improve the quality of cyber-university"s social welfare education, we need to consider the special features of cyber-university and suggest effective models of field practicum. To this end, based on qualitative and quantitative analyses of field needs of social welfare practicum, this study presents "3P Plus" model. This model divides the practicum process to 3 stages (pre-practicum, practicum, and post-practicum). Then, this study identifies the problems that could potentially emerge in each stage and offers solutions. Furthermore, Recognizing that there are areas that this "3P" model does not fully cover, this study complements the model by suggesting additional efforts (or "pluses") which we call "integration and communication with Field".
