The main purpose of this paper develops an improved anchorage system using the lifting hole of prestressed concrete girder of bridges. In addition, Aforementioned anchorage system was checked whether it can be conveniently applied to structures. To verify strengthening efficiency, Static tests were carried out. Experimnetal variables were anchorage shapes, prestressing level on the prestressing steel bar and tendon profiles. Deflections, strains and failure mode were evaluated to examine strengthening effect of the test specimens. Comparing cracking load of the experimental data, yielding load, ultimate load were analyzed.
