The radiological findings of various cervical spine fractures were analized on the basis of J. Harris classification. It appears to be important for the radiologist to be familiar with radiographic findings of cervical spine fractures, particularly those of unstable fractures which can result in serious medical problems if improperly handled in the department of radilogy. 68 cases of cervical spine fractures were analized. The results are as follows : 1. Stable and unstable fractures were about eual in incidence. 2. Anterior subluxation accounts for 43.4% of stable fractures, 19% of all fractures. 3. Bilateral interfacetal dislocation accounts for 51.1% of unstable fractures, 25% of all fractures. 5. About 80% of the patients is in third through fifth decade.
