공무원들의 성공적 지식이전의 영향요인에 관한 실증적 분석 = The Key Factors Affecting Successful Knowledge Transfer in Public Officials

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes, from the perspective of knowledge adopter, factors affecting the successful knowledge transfer in administrative agencies where Knowledge Management System(KMS) has been built and used. For that purpose this paper constructs a conceptual model where independent variables are capability of knowledge recipients, organizational features(culture, compensation structure, and leadership), the quality of KMS, and knowledge property, a mediating variable is motivation to adopt knowledge, and a dependent variables is the degree of successful knowledge transfer. The model also includes a moderating variable, reciprocal trust of members, that affects the relationship between the mediating variable and the dependent variable. The results are as follows ; among the independent variables, the capability to absorb the knowledge and self-efficacy of the public officials are significant factors determining the motivation to adopt knowledge, which then makes statistically significant effect on the success of knowledge transfer. At the same time, the reciprocal trust among the members affects both the motivation to adopt knowledge and the success of knowledge transfer.
