대학 학생선수의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로발달의 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and career development in college athletes. A total 376 athletes completed measures of personal variable(grade, event), CDMSF-SF(career decision-making self-efficacy scale; Lee, 2001), and CDQ(Career Development Questionnaire; Sakurako, 2004). It was carried out that descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The result was summarized as follow. First, as a result of analyzing the difference of career decision-making self-efficacy according to the grade level of college athletes, problem solving, job
information, and future planning factors showed statistically significant difference. Also, there were significant differences according to the sport events. Second, there was no statistically significant difference between career confidence and career optimism according to the grade of college athletes. The result of verifying the difference of
career development according to the sport events showed that basketball was higher than volleyball and ice hockey. Third, the effects of career decision-making self-efficacy of college athletes on career development were examined. As a result, goal selection and future planning factors of career decision-making self-efficacy had a positive effect on
career confidence of career development. The study will contribute to build base data about college athlete’s career development.
