수송업자의 역할에 따른 파트너십 만족과 물류서비스 품질이 장기지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = The Effect of Partnership Satisfaction and Logistics Service Quality by the Role of Carriers on Long Term Orientation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this research was to assess the role of transportation providers within a buyer-supplier strategic partnership. So the paper investigated the role of carriers in increasing logistics service quality and meeting satisfaction and effect of partnership satisfaction and logistics service quality on the long term orientation of the buyer-supplier strategic partnership. Four primary dimensions common among buyer-supplier partnerships were identified through a comprehensive literature review. The common dimensions included long-term commitments, open communications and information sharing, cooperative continuous improvements on cost reductions and increased quality, and the sharing of risks and rewards of the relationship. The results of the data analysis indicated that carriers were perceived to play an important role in meeting partnership satisfaction and logistics service quality that effecting on the long term orientation. This provides useful insight for making further conclusions concerning the actual roles of carriers within buyer-supplier partnerships. And the results of this study indicate that three-way relationships are typical in these otherwise dyadic partnerships. The integration of carrier operations into the overall buyer-supplier planning and communication processes can better facilitate this transformation and increase the likelihood of maximizing satisfaction, logistics service quality and long term orientation of partnership.
