러시아의 민주주의 발전과정과 주권민주주의 자극요인 = Process of Democracy Development and Stimulating Factor of Sovereign Democracy in Russia

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Russia that accepted the western procedural democracy has found a democratic model that is suitable to its own situation. The people of Russia did not experience a civil society and have kept their custom with the superiority of the administration to a civil society power. And they have a tendency to regard national security and public orderliness. The political development in Russia has switched over to the sovereign democracy during the period of Putin's power through the Yeltsin's delegative democracy since such variables of situation became a stimulating factor.
It is impossible to judge Russia's democracy by the standards of democracy in USA or part of West Europe, while it must be judged by the basis of a situational variable of the inside and outside of Russia. It seems that Putin's sovereign democracy would be kept for a limited time until a civil society grows into their political system and settles their public order and national security problems after a party system planted its roots in Russia.
