      This research is designed for The women 100m hurdlers. Through analyzing hurdler`s technical features, I hope to contribute to efficient improvement of hurdler`s performance. Thus, I filmed international 100m hurdle competition which was held in the country. In the film, I analyzed two competitors who were the 1st and 2nd places. To analyze hurdlers` best performance, I chose 4th and 5th hurdle. Analysis has been conducted according to three kinematic variables such as approach phase, lending phase, and interval phase. The result for the analyzation of elite women 100m hurdlers` technical features as follows. ① To efficiently jump over hurdles, hurdlers should keep the height of c.g. and the horizontal velocity of e.g. changelessly. ② To increase the horizontal velocity of c.g., the angle of c.g. and frontal lean angle of c.g. should be kept as big as possible. ③ To jump over the hurdle as fast as possible, left knee should be pulled up as fast as possible in take-off. ④ To increase the horizontal velocity when landing, the height of c.g. should be kept high. ⑤ The horizontal velocity of c.g., the angle of c.g. and frontal lean angle of c.g. should be kept as big as possible to increase horizontal velocity. ⑥ When landing, upper body should be leaned forward to make effective running motion. At the same time, hurdler should pull right ankle and knee as quick as possible. ⑦ To effectively increase speed in interval phase, regular hurdle phase and proper stride pace should be kept. Then, hurdlers can mobilize maximum speed. ⑧ To quickly accelerate in interval phase, hurdlers should minimize duration of flight and time of the surface contact.
