학교상담 발전방안 연구 = A Study on Developmental Plan of School Counseling

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focused on presentation of developmental plan of school counseling. School counseling of Korea had begun as guidance teacher at late-1950, and 50 years passed but there were no full-time school counselors before 2005, and school counseling system began to established at 2008 through Wee project. This study presented unsolved problems of school counseling as diversity of school counselors, and short of supporting system. To fix these problems, enhancing of school counselors professional level, establishment of school counseling infra, and arrangement of school counseling system were suggested. As concrete ways for enhancing of school counselors professional level, improvement of school counselor education system, making new school counseling personnel position, making national level school counseling standards, and enlargement of school counseling were discussed. Enlarging school counselor disposition, establishment of school counseling agency and research institution were suggested as methods of establishment of school counseling infra. To arrange school counseling system, law-making of school counseling, fortification of school counseling supporting system, and secure of school counseling funds were proposed. This study assigned each tasks to three future school counseling evolution stages, as short-term, mid-term, and long-term.
