컴퓨터일반 교과 수행평가를 위한 루브릭의 개발과 효과 분석 = Assessment for Evaluation on the Students' Performance in the Subject of General Computers by the Rubric Template

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Rubric refers to a set of measures presented in order to inform a student of the assessment criteria and level to be carried out concerning him/her in advance through a discussion process between him/her and the teacher to help the student for a better understanding and adapt him/herself to the performance assessment and the result. It introduces the whole course to the students, helps them for a clear recognition of the relevant objectives for themselves so that the assessment may be an interactive one, and acts as a communication channel between the teachers and its students.
In carrying out the assessment of the student's performance, the teacher is supposed to observe the nature of the response given by the student and how well he/she performs. The problems regarding the reliability of such assessments have been pointed out due to a lack of objective criteria.
This paper has been written first to look at the generality of the rubric, second to carry out a demonstrative analysis of performance assessment regarding practical training in General Computers courses for the development of the rubric models, and finally to make use of the results of such an analysis at business high schools.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지식․정보화 사회에서는 기존의 단편적·사실적 지식을 암기로 이해하는 능력보다는 정보의 탐색, 수집, 분석, 비판, 종합, 창출 능력, 자기 주도적인 평생학습능력, 효율적인 의사소통 능력, 협동적 문제해결이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 특히 종합적이고 다양한 고등정신 능력은 새로운 방식의 평가방법을 필요로 하고 있다.
실기교과는 다른 교과와는 달리 지식의 이해뿐만 아니라 사고력, 판단력, 만들기 능력, 문제해결 능력 등이 강조되기 때문에 실천적인 태도와 기술적인 활동의 체험, 즉 실험․실습활동이 매우 중요시되고 있다.
그러나 수행평가의 이러한 긍정적인 측면에도 불구하고 학교현장과 학생 및 학부모, 기타 여러 가지 제기되는 문제점들로 인하여 수행평가의 가치를 제대로 발휘하지 못하고 있는 실정이다.
따라서 본 논문은 루브릭에 관한 일반론적 배경을 살펴보고, 수행평가에 대한루브릭의 적용 효과를 분석하여 이를 상업고등학교 「컴퓨터일반」 교과의 수행평가에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다.
