온실가스 저감형 녹색산업단지 조성을 위한 계획요소 도출 : 김해 일반산업단지를 중심으로 = Drawing Planning Factors to Establish a GHG (Greenhouse Gas) Reduction-oriented Green Industrial Complex : Focused on Kimhae Industrial Complex

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has intended to draw planing factors for establishing a greenhouse gas reduction-oriented green industrial complex located in Kimhae City, Korea. Through literature review we have selected several planing factors regarding green city development, and green industrial estate development and classified them into four categories: 1) industrial symbiosis network, 2) renewable energy, 3) energy efficiency equipment, and 4) ecological spatial design. Four categories consist of ten sub planing factors such as by-product and waste network, integrated resource recovery facility, photovoltaic(PV), geothermal energy system, planted wall, and color design.. And we interviewed stakeholders including government officers, engineers, developers, CEOs of 63 companies which will enter the industrial complex.
As a result, we found a factor, 'integrated resource recovery facility,' unsuitable because the factor was duplicated with municipality policy related to the resource recovery facility. Above all, new governance system is required to manage and coordinate the development projects successfully, and new municipal ordinances should be set up to lighten companies' economic burden.
