병원의 홍보 활성화가 생산성에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Public Relations Activity on the Productivity of Hospital

The main purpose in this study is to examine the influence of public relations activity on the productivity of hospital. To examine this, empirical study is conducted：19 hospitals were selected as samples for this study and 373 questions were used.The dependent variables are job satisfaction and organizational committment. Independent variables include five measures, P.R.'s organization, strategy and appraisal, method, education, and support. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis are performed to test on the effect of P.R.'s activity on job satisfaction and organizational committment. The findings show that job satisfaction and organizational committment are influenced by hospital P.R.'s activity. Especially job satisfaction and organizational committment are increased by activity of P.R. education and support.
