수업형태에 따른 고등학생들의 체육수업 및 신체에 대한 자아인식 = Self-Perception on Body and Physical Education Class According to Class Type of High School Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 성별 및 수업형태에 따른 고등학생들의 체육수업에 대한 일반적 인식의 차이를 규명하여 혼성체육수업의 개선을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 일반계 고등학생 901명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 성별 및 수업형태에 따른 인식의 차를 알아보고자 t-test와 변량분석을 통하여 검증한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 성별에 따른 체육수업에 대한 일반적인 인식은 남학생들이 여학생들에 비하여 체육을 선호하고, 수업시간에 열심히 노력하며 규칙의 준수나 올바른 행동 그리고 좋은 스포츠 기능을 가지고 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 또한 신체에 대한 자아인식에서는 남학생들이 여학생에 비하여 상대적으로 좋은 근력과 지구력을 가지고 있는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 수업형태에 따른 체육수업에 대한 일반적 인식은 동성학교 남학생들이 상대적으로 흥미 및 태도요인에서 긍정적인 인식을 하고 있으며, 신체에 대한 자아인식에서는 형태에 상관없이 남학생이 여학생에 비하여 좋은 근력을 가지고 있다는 인식을 71지고 있었으며, 지구력은 동성학급의 남학생이 혼성학급의 여학생보다 높다고 인식하고 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to provide alternatives for improving coeducational physical education class based on the differences of preference in terms of perception of type of physical education lass in high school students. In oder to achieve the purpose of this study, 961 high school students in Gangwon province were selected and t-test, ANOVA were used to examine the differences of perception based on gender and type of lass. Findings in this study are as follows. Male students perceived themselves to have significantly more preference, affinity, and skill than female regarding physical education class in general. Also, male students perceived themselves to have significantly more strength, and endurance than female in terms of self-perception in their body. Male students who participated in same gender physical education class showed to have more interests and positive attitude toward the physical education class.
