포괄적 보육서비스 실천을 위한 지역사회자원 연계 활성화 방안 -보육시설종사자 인식을 중심으로- = Linkage Activating Methods to Community Resources for Comprehensive Childcare Services

The objectives of this study were to survey the current state of community-based services executed The objectives of this study were to survey the current state of community-based services executed by childcare centers as well as the level of linkage between community and services, to analyze childcare center workers` perception of service linkage. The results of this study could be used to suggest methods for activating linkages to community resources in order to develop comprehensive childcare services practices at childcare centers. First, according to the results of this study, community human resources were being used in special education for children and teacher education, but education for local residents, the opening of facilities and fundraising activities were not active. Secondly, the linkage between community resources and services was limited to service requests and information exchange. The target linkage institutions were mostly public health centers that operated childcare programs and administrative agencies that determined the beneficiaries of childcare fee exemption for children. from low-income families. Compared to the exchange of human resources for childcare, linkage to material resources was weak. Thirdly, when it came to difficulties in service linkage, the respondents mentioned lack of time and manpower due to excessive workload, lack of government interest and financial support, and a shortage of available resources or information. As to preconditions for the activation of service linkage, respondents mentioned the expansion of full-time personnel, financial support, and improvement in the treatment of workers. The results suggest the necessity of the deployment of professional personnel, financial support, and the establishment of a resource network for the practice of comprehensive childcare services. Based on the results of the empirical survey, we suggested strategies for strengthening linkages to community resources at childcare centers.
