규범이 환경 행동에 영향을 미치는 과정 : 내면화 과정과 사회 영향 과정을 중심으로 = The impact of normative factors on the environmental behavior: internalization process and social influence process

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to review the impact of normative factors on the environmental behavior. This lieterature review focuses on the two processes of the impact of normative factors on the environmental behavior.: internalization process of personal norm and social influence process of descriptive norm and injunctive norm. Finally, this paper suggests the areas of future research to promote the proenvironmental behavior with normative channel.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문에서는 규범이 환경 행동에 영향을 미치는 과정을 이전의 연구결과들을 중심으로 두 가지 방향, 즉, 개인 규범을 중심으로 한 내면화 과정과 사회 규범(서술 규범, 당위 규범)을 중심으로 한 사회 영향 과정으로 개관하고 연구결과들의 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다. 그리고 규범적 통로를 통한 친환경 행동의 촉진을 위한 미래 연구의 방향을 제언하였다.
