물류성과 측정 요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Measurement Factors for Logistics Performance

>This study investigates the major determinants of logistics performance among Korean manufacturers and the mediation effect of ‘long-term perspective’ on logistics performance. The determinants of logistics performance have been extracted from a study by Michigan State University to build a research model. Data was then collected from Korean manufacturers to investigate factors that measure the logistics performance of manufacturing companies. The outcome suggests that information technology is the most important determinant of logistics performance followed by flexibility and positioning. However, the result suggests that the mediation effect of ‘long-term perspective’ is not very significant, as some of Korean firms are not actively develop their partnerships.
