시민적 공공성과 한국 사회의 발전 = Civil Publicness and the Development of Korean Society

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Today, publicness is being used as a core concept for social development. But the concept of publicness is very confused. In this paper, the concept of publicness is defined as ``a feature that exercises influence on many social members``, and I argue a definite classification of the object, subject and scale of publicness. Moreover, I attempt to explain the problems of state or labor class centered publicness argument, and stress the necessity to prove and reform publicness by citizen as a sovereign. I think the concept of publicness not as a defensive concept for protecting the public sector but as a positive concept fot social development. So, I argue the reform of government and public organs which are criticized as ``god`s job`` is necessary as well as the reform of the Jaebul for the strengthening of publicness.
