제주도 지적측량수요의 결정요인 = The Determinants of the Cadastral Surveying Operation Demand

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper analyze the effect of the variable regional factors of Jeju-do on the Cadastral Surveying operation demand. We created a multiple regression model using the Cadastral Surveying data in Korea Cadastral survey corporation from 2007 to 2011. Our explanatory variales which were considered were real estate factors, economic factors and peculiar factors in Jeju-do. The main result is that the most influenced factors are moved in population to Jejudo and construction permits. land fluctuation rate, chinese people’s buying power are also very influential but interest rate and global financing crisis are not significant. The fact that Jeju-do’s peculiar factors are more important, compared to other factors is that the demand model for forecasting cadastral surveying need to be local basis in order to improve the accuracy of estimates. Furthermore, the result suggest that the local branch of the Korea cadastral survey corporation need to build its own demand forecasting model. In order to do that, the local branch of Korea cadastral survey corporation is nessary to strengthen its own capacity.
