Since the 7.4 agreement, the dialogue between the two Koreans have the character of continuity. Discourses related to the method of unification have a tendency to be converged and recent topics of economic talks have already been discussed since the beginning of the 1970s. The two Korean``s dialogue has continuity in the long perspective, but has also experienced the process of reversal and retreat according to the actual political situation. For the cooperative practice in two Korean``s talks, they need to develop mutual trust, reciprocal incentives, a conducive international environment and the ending of the domestic cold-war culture.
