사회기반시설에 대한 민간투자법상 사업구조 쟁점에 관한 고찰 = Law on Private investment in infrastructure on the Business structure issues

국문 초록 (Abstract)

민간투자사업은 정부에는 민간의 자본과 기술을 도입하고 민간은 정부의 공공재를 안정적으로 사용하여 수익을 창출할 수 있다는 상호이익으로 인하여 계속 활성화되고 있다. 국제적으로는 1980년대, 우리나라의 경우 1990년에 들어 도로, 철도, 항만, 공항 등의 사회간접시설(SOC) 사업이 증가하였다. 본 연구는 민간투자사업의 기본이 되는 민간투자법의 전반적인 부분을 고찰하고 쟁점 사항에 대한 개선방향을 도출함으로써 "민간의 투자를 촉진하고 국민경제 발전에 이바지 한다"는 민간투자법의 목적을 합리적으로 달성하고자 한다.

This study is part of the overall consideration of the Act on Private Participation of private investment projects and improve on the points at issue by deriving the direction you want to achieve the purposes of the Act on Private Participation "that contribute to the national economy and promote private investment.
