제18대 전북교육감에 대한 전북교직원의 요구사항 분석 = An Analysis on the Demand of Jeonbuk School Personnel to their Superintendent of Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the demand of school personnel to the superintendent of education in Jeonbuk Province. An online survey method was to listen the demand of Jeonbuk school personnel. The total number of the respondents was 1,581. The top five educational policies that over 100 respondents demanded are as follows: First, 393 respondents demanded that the superintendent of education should administer the policy that protects the teachers' educational authority. Second, 265 respondents requested the change of personnel policy along with the flow of time. Especially, a fair number of respondents wanted the implementation of a principal election system. Third, 129 respondents asked the settlement of the conflict between teacher group and administrative staff group on task assignment. Fourth, 107 respondents expected an increment in salary of the no-time-limit contract personnel. Fifth, 100 respondents demanded the transfer of the task of school violence from school to local education office.
