We have been studying on the discharged phenomena of compound dielectrics which is very important in electric machinery. In this paper we come to the conclusion that, as a result of studying on the electric design of one Ozonizer, the higher the frequency becomes, the more output we can get, and then the discharge power can be the greatest by moderating the distance of the discharge gap preperly, and the atmospheric pressnre under the sane applied voltage and power factor of Ozonizer reachod the maximum power at a particular frequency when the discharge power is maintained constsantly.
