This study explored the relationships between career decisions and gender identity of Korean male college students in male-dominant and female-dominant majors by examining career indecision, vocational identity, male role orientation, gender role conflicts of them. The responses of 115 Korean male college students in male-dominant majors and 103 in female-dominant majors showed more career decision in female-dominant-major male students than in male-dominant-major male students. The results also showed the significant relationships between male role orientation, gender role conflicts and career decision variables in male-dominant-major male students and between gender role conflicts and career decision variables in female-dominant-major male students. In male-dominant-major male students, male role orientation seemed to be more effective than gender role conflicts regarding prediction of career decision. This result suggested which aspect of gender identity should be considered according to gender-dominant majors the students studied in when helping Korean male college students experiencing difficulties regarding career decisions
