The purpose of the study was to find the effect of play­using assertion training program on the elementary school teacher`s physical, emotional, social satisfaction. For the purpose of the study, the researcher sets hypotheses as follows. HypothesisⅠ: The Playusing assertion training program has significant effect on the elementary school teacher`s gender, career, situation of the school which the teacher work. Hypothesis Ⅱ: The Playusing assertion training program has significant effect on the elementary school teacher`s physical, emotional, social satisfaction during the training session. Hypothesis Ⅲ: how to use the Playusing assertion training program in the elementary school The result of the study is that the play-using assertion training program gives positive effects on teacher`s self- expression in physical area. Second, the play-using assertion training program gives positive effects on teacher` interrelationship, especially in satisfaction and communication and friendliness. Third, the play- using assertion training program gives positive effects on teacher`s educational teaching methods in dance.
