간호학과 여성 만학도의 학교생활 적응 경험 = Late-starting Women College Students’ Experience of School Life Adaptation in Department of Nursing

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore the school life adaptation experience of a small number of late-starting women college students in department of nursing. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 9 late-starting college students' from March 15 to April 30, 2017. Data analysis was conducted using Colaizzi's method. Three categories, 10 theme clusters and 18 themes were identified for the experience in adaptation of nursing department by 40's late-starting students. Based on the results, discussed ways to help women students adapt to school life.
