성인과 아동이 맺는 인격적 관계의 본질 = The Essence of the Adult's Personal Relation with a Child

국문 초록 (Abstract)

아동 존중에서 출발하는 아동중심의 본질은 성인과 아동의 관계 맺음이다. 아동과 성인이 상호 존중에 기반해 맺는 인격적 관계는 삶의 동반자로서의 관계여야 한다. 동반자로 맺는 인격적 관계는 주체성, 개방성, 교육성을 특성으로 한다. 인격적 관계 맺음은 궁극적으로 성장을 지향하며, 그럴 때만이 바람직하다. 성장이란 경험의 재구성 과정이며 성장을 지향하는 경험이 교육적 경험이다.
삶의 현장에서 동반자로 맺게 되는 관계가 서로의 삶을 성숙으로 이끌어 가기 위해, 주체적이고 개방적인 태도를 배우고 익혀나가야 한다. 이는 인간으로서 추구해야 할 삶의 방향과 자세이다. 특히, 성인은 자신과 아동의 성장을 지향할 책임을 지닌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The essential idea of a child-centered that starts in a child-respect is that the form of the adult's personal relation with a child. The personal relation that a child and an adult makes in respect mutually and the form must be a relation as a companion of life. The quality of personal relation is the subjecthood, the openness and the educational. The personal relation intends to grow ultimately and it is desirable. The growth is the process of reconstruction of experience and the experience that intends to grow is an educational experience.
The relation as a companion in a life is a main volume to conduct the life of each other by maturity and one learns the open manners. This is the direction and the position of the life for which must be sought as a human being. Specially, the adult has responsibility to intend own and child's growth.
