都市計劃制限에 대한 損失保償 = A Study on the Compensation for Urban Planning Intervention

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

While Koran Constitutional Law guarantees all citizens the property right, it permits to restricts this right for public necessities.
However, Korean Constitutional Law has a clause that the restriction should be made by law and compensation thereof shall be paid .
But in case of urban planning intervention, the government exorcises the restriction without com-pensation for it.
It is questionable that the goverment can force the landlord to accept all disadvantage for public necessities without paring proper compensation,
The theoretical apporoaches to solve this problem are based on the principles of equality and gu-arantee of private right in the constitutional law.
The contents of this Study are as follows,
A. The explain for the content of urban planning intervention
B. The explain General theory of administrative compensatin
C. The study on compensation for urban planning intervention
D. Conclude The compensation for urban planning intervention should be admitted and the theory concerning this sould be set up through futher studies.
