보육교사의 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향 = The Impact of Ego-resilience and Social Support of Childcare Teachers on Their Burnout

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

For this study, a survey was conducted on childcare teachers in Gyeonggi-do to examine the impact of childcare teachers’ ego-resilience and social support on their emotional burnout. The results of the study revealed that the ego-resilience of childcare teachers and social support from their director, colleagues, and family had a negative correlation with emotional burnout. In addition, a negative correlation existed between the loss of a sense of accomplishment in teachers, dehumanization and ego-resilience, and social support from their director, colleagues, and family. Second, a closer look at the impact of childcare teacher’s ego-resilience on emotional burnout showed that the higher the childcare teachers regarded their ego-resilience the lower their scores were for factors such as emotional depletion, loss of a sense of accomplishment, and dehumanization. Third, a closer look at the impact of social support on childcare teachers’ emotional burnout showed that the more social support they received from their director, colleagues, and family, the lower their perception of emotional depletion, loss of a sense of achievement, and dehumanization. Lastly, a closer look at the relative impact of ego-resilience and social support for childcare teachers on their emotional burnout showed that psychological factors such as ego-resilience and the environment of childcare teachers, especially social support from their director, colleagues, and families, are a strong influence.
