한,일 노동정책 및 노동운동의 비교연구 = A Comparative Analysis about Labor Policy and Movement in Korea-Japan

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper has a research question about functions of interest representative system at labor policy domain. For solving this research question, this paper analyzed about the similarities and differences between Korean labor policy and Japanese labor policy. Two countries had some similarities of initial conditions, e.g. repressive labor policy, explosive and radical labor movement. But there were much difference at interest representative system of organized labor unions during the economic growth. This paper`s potential conclusion is that an institutionalized interest representative system has a positive effect to cooperative relation between labor, business and government.
