대학교육에서 교수자의 교수수행에 대한 학습자의 인식이 학습자의 학습동기, 학습태도 및 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Students` Perception of Instructional Performances on Learning Motivation, Learning Attitude, and Learning Satisfaction in a Higher Education Context

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of university students`` perception of instructional performances on learning motivation, learning attitude, and learning satisfaction. To address this goal, 62 university students (male 11, female 51) who enrolled an educational technology course participated in this study. Four types of surveys were administered regarding perception of an instructor’s instructional performances, students`` learning motivation, learning attitude, and learning satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed in terms of correlation and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0. As a result, the perception of instructional performances had a very high correlation with students’ learning motivation, learning attitude, and learning satisfaction. In the result of multiple-regression, only one sub-factor of instructional performances, environmental coordination was identify as predictor variable on students’ learning motivation, attitude, and satisfaction. Based on the result, the three sub-constructs of environmental coordination which are attention, coordination of educational atmosphere, and physical environmental coordination were discussed in detail.
