한국어 멀티모달 일상대화 말뭉치 구축의 이론적 토대: 포스트휴머니즘과 체화된 인지의 관점 = Theoretical Foundations for Korean Multimodal Everyday Conversation Corpus -Posthumanist and Embodied Cognitive Perspectives-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국어 멀티모달 일상대화 말뭉치 구축의 이론적 토대를 포스트휴머니즘과 체화된 인지 패러다임의 관점에서 체계적으로 검토하였다. 포스트휴머니즘은 인간과 비인간의 경계를 재조명하며 언어를 인간-기술-환경의 아상블라주 속에서 창발하는 현상으로 재개념화한다. 체화된 인지와 4E 패러다임은 언어 의미가 뇌의 추상적 기호 조작이 아니라 뇌-신체-환경의 상호작용을 통해 구성됨을 입증한다. 이러한 철학적 전환을 바탕으로, 본 연구는 멀티모달 대화분석과의 접점을 인간-비인간 행위자의 대칭적 분석, 물질적 환경의 행위성, 체화된 상호주관성과 정동의 측면에서 도출하였다. 나아가 멀티모달 일상대화 말뭉치가 포스트휴먼 시대 언어 생활의 아카이브이자 체화된 의미 구성을 포착하는 도구이며 미래 커뮤니케이션 연구의 핵심 인프라임을 논증하였다. 본 연구는 멀티모달 말뭉치 구축이 단순한 기술적 선택이 아닌 과학적 필연성임을 밝히고, 한국어 일상대화의 멀티모달적 특성을 체계적으로 연구하기 위한 이론적 기반을 제시한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines the theoretical foundations for constructing a Korean multimodal everyday conversation corpus from posthumanist and embodied cognition perspectives. Posthumanism reconceptualizes language not as an exclusively human faculty but as an emergent phenomenon arising within assemblages of humans, technologies, and environments. Complementarily, embodied cognition and the 4E paradigm demonstrate that linguistic meaning is constituted through dynamic interactions among the brain, body, and environment, rather than through abstract symbol manipulation alone. Building on these theoretical shifts, this study identifies key methodological interfaces for multimodal corpus research, including the symmetric analysis of human and nonhuman actors, the recognition of material agency, and the role of embodied intersubjectivity and affect in interaction. It argues that multimodal everyday conversation corpora function both as posthuman linguistic archives and as empirical tools for capturing embodied meaning-making processes. Ultimately, this study establishes multimodal corpus construction not as a technical option but as a scientific necessity for the systematic study of Korean everyday conversation.
