住宅團地開發에 따른 景觀計劃에 關한 연구 = (A) study on the landscape planning for housing site development

It is matter of fact that housing site of korea, developed since 1960's, has been contributed to enhance environment of the established downtown and disssolve to run short of housing of it's outskirts.
However, In construction housing site the favorable residing environment was fairly neglected, taking procedence of the quantitative supply of housing. After the beginning of 1980's, as the national income has increased, development of housing site has been changed from the problem of quantity to that of quality.
From the standpoint of this view, a study on supplying housing abundantly and improving the quality of a landscape in housing site is made to be necessitated. It is as follows that the main contents of result, going into thouroughly at the formal study, are abstrated.
First, to arrange all sorts of elements and standards in phase for the purpose of improving the quality of a landscape from the stage of planning in developing a large scale of housing site.
Second, In developing the housing site of favorable landscape, a cubic and functional site of utilizing the established land to amend at thd miimum, the natural land conserving at the maximum.
Third, The method of partition off a building site in a single housing site is ; that of secting and transforming the established harmonic shape, that of partition off four house into one unit, that of forming green space in the center of block. A structure is to be made to be favorable in visual to change the quality of the lumber, a color tone and height on the fence, wall and root, especially enlarging the space and showing the opening to move back the surface of a wall by stages.
Fourth, A commendable landscape and function, connectedly composing the posting of an admission road, a parking place, a green park, an administrative facilities in apartment house, is to be well fostered.
One of the method is that one residing building is to be transformed by the degree of fifteen to ninety, making front and back at each exit, the other of that is that it has been connected with the around environment by enhancing the acciss to skyline, for example by a color tone of a large scale of ficture, and by lowering the height of it grafted into outer space.
