The purpose of this study were to investigate community satisfaction of rural youths and to examine the effects of socio-demographic and farming related variables on the community satisfaction. Community satisfaction were categorized in vocation and income, education, housing and environment, health and culture. Data for this study were collected from 194 rural youths working for agricultural farming. With SPSS for Windows, Frequency, t-test, ANOVA, LSD for post-hoc interpretation and Generalized Linear Method were employed to analyze the data with statistical significance level of .05. The main results and suggestions were as follows; Whereas rural youths are more likely to satisfy with vocation and income, housing and environment services, not less likely to satisfy with culture and health services in community. Married youths are more likely to satisfy with housing and environment services rather than the others. As results of GLM, birth year, marital status, farming size, farming type were identified as the comparatively important determinants of community satisfaction. Youth graduated high school are more likely to satisfy with housing and environment services, not less likely to satisfy with culture and health, compare to youth graduated university. Youth running medium farming size and keeping agricultural incomes for 3-years are highly satisfied with community satisfaction. It has been suggested that local government should extend stable vocation condition and provide culture services for rural youths to enhance community satisfaction.
