This research is about public social workers’ voluntary extra-role performance Organizational Citizenship Behavior . There are four types of work commitment; Job commitment, Organizational commitment, Career commitment and Relationship commitment. Analysis of the interrelationship between structure and effect was done between them with the use of a structured questionnaire of which 444 public social workers took part. The results showed that a higher than average commitment level is relative to the population and demographic characteristics depending on the difference and the type of work commitment. It has been said that there is an interrelationship among the work commitment types, job commitment affects career commitment, relationship commitment and organizational commitment and relationship commitments affects organizational commitment. Also, it seems that job commitment and organizational commitment significantly affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior. So it can be said that we need discriminative management skills to raise various work commitment levels.
