방사선(학)과 학생들의 임상실습에 따른 만족도 및 전공취업인식 = The Satisfaction and Perception of Major Emplyment on Clinical Practice for Students in the Department of Radiology

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 방사선(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 후 임상실습에 대한 만족도를 알아보고, 임상실습에 따른 전공취업의 진로 결정과 희망기관 및 분야에 대한 인식 변화에 대해 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이에 추가로 나이, 성별, 학점별에 따른 임상실습 후 전공취업 희망기관과 분야에 대한 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 실험 결과는 효율적인 임상실습이 이루어 질 수 있도록 하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하며, 임상실습 전·후 전공취업의 인식변화를 조사하여 향후 본 연구가 임상실습평가의 다각도적인 연구에 대한 선행 연구자료로 활용되어질 수 있도록 하였다. 결과적으로 임상실습에 대한 학생들의 만족도는 높지만, 실습전후 취업희망기관에 관해서는 이미 실습 전에 형성됨을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research, we investigate satisfaction of radiology students’s clinical training, also research changement of students’s job awareness through clinical training. In addition to, we were check differences of students’s job awareness through their age, gender and mark. The results provide base line data for students’s effective clinical training. Additionally, in this research we investigate changement of students’s thinking wheather they want to get a job in there major field of study. And we also put the intention that these information can be used as a preceding research data for multidirectional research about clinical training. As a result of this research, students’s satisfaction of clinical training was high, however, We could know that their decision about what kind of institution they want to find for a job was already done before they did clinical training.
