죄책감이 강박증상에 미치는 영향: NJREs의 매개효과 = The Effects of Guilt on Obsessive Compulsive Symptoms: Not Just Right Experiences as a Mediator

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 특질 및 상태죄책감이 강박증상에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 ‘딱 맞지 않는 경험(Not Just Right Experiences, NJREs)’을 매개변인으로 가정하여 죄책감이 강박증상으로 연결되는 기제를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 4년제 대학 재학 중인 대학생 190명(남82명, 여 108명)을 죄책감 유발집단과 중립정서 유발집단으로 무선 배정하여 상태죄책감의 수준을 조작하였으며, 정서 유발 전 특질죄책감, 유발 후 상태죄책감을 자기보고식 질문지로 측정하였다. 이후 상태NJREs를 측정하기 위해 재배열과제를 시행한 뒤, 상태NJREs와 강박증상을 질문지로 측정하였다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 특질죄책감이 높을수록 강박증상이 더 높게 나타났으며 이 관계는 상태NJREs에의해 매개되었다. 죄책감 유발집단과 중립정서 유발집단 간 강박증상의 유의한 차이는 없어, 상태죄책감 실험적 조작에 따라 강박증상의수준이 달라지지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 정서조건과 관계 없이 질문지로 측정한 개인의 상태죄책감은 상태NJREs를 거쳐 강박증상과정적으로관련되는것으로나타났다. 마지막으로본연구의한계점과의의에대해논의하였다.
