국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 미디어 발달에 따른 소통 채널의 확장이 정치커뮤니케이션 지형에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전통미디어에서부터 최근 뉴미디어에 이르기까지 미디어의 발달 단계에 따른 정치참여의 형태가 어떻게 변화해왔는지를 살펴보았다. 특히 주요 소통채널로서 최근 인터넷 미디어의 기술진보가 정치참여 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 웹1.0, 웹2.0, 웹3.0 시기로 구분하여 연구를 진행하였다. 또한, 이러한 정치참여 변화양상을 통하여 어떠한 패턴과 미래 트렌드가 예상되는지 집중적으로 분석하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to analyze how communication channel expansion affects political participation by reviewing the development of media technologies, expecially more recent new media. First, the study investigated the trend and changes in forms of political participation from traditional media(newspapers, radio and TV) to new media including the Internet and social networking services. Second, the study focused on the effect of advanced web services as communication channels on political participation according to the three development stages of new media technology; web1.0, web2.0 and web3.0. Lastly, the study tried to predict future trends or patterns of political participation.
