      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The Curriculum which has been carried out at Music dept. of each Junior College modeled the form designed by Ministry of Education.
      So this curriculum can be said as the paπ or the miniature of that which used at fouryear course college or university.
      Therefore to obtain the educational object of Junior College, we need the Curriculum which contains effective, suitable contents and moreover we should cultivate the special curriculum to train and produce an able, efficient technician at Music dept. of Junior College.
      We surveyed the job-field and the kind of job which the students of Music dept. can participate in after they graduate from this department.
      At present the graduates of Music Department are given the qualification of practical teacher at Secondary School but when we consider the present educational system, it is almost impossible to be employed in Secondary School as a teacher in fact.
      It is true that the graduates of Music Dept, have got the higher rates of employment when compared with those of other department. But the fields in which they can be employed are still limited and narrow.
      So almost all the graduates are engaged in private music institution as a temporary instructor
      or sometimes some of them establish their own institution. In short, the job-field for the graduates of this dept. is very narrow and limited in many ways.
      So to get over these difficulties we must set up the new Curriculum which has more various
      contents than present one and cultivate more widely so that they can be employed in new and progressive jobs.
