The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of high-intensity interval training on the functional movement evaluation FMS (Deep squat, Hurdle step, in-line lunge, shoulder mobility, active stretch lift, trunk stability push-up, and rotational stability) of Taekwondo majors to provide valuable data that can help Taekwondo students improve their overall exercise performance training programs. For this study, 20 Taekwondo students were classified into high-intensity training groups (EG, n=10) and Taekwondo skill training groups (CG, n=10) to find out if there was a change in different exercise programs, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, after 12 weeks, there was a significant difference in the functional movement (FMS) between the experimental group (EG) and the control group (CG) (P<.05). Second, after 12 weeks of training, the Deep Square test was found to have a significant difference in the experimental group (EG) (P<.05). Third, the Hurdle Step test after 12 weeks of training was found to have a significant difference in the experimental group (EG) (P<.05). Fourth, the Inline Lunge test after 12 weeks of training was found to have a significant difference in the experimental group (EG) (P<.05). Fifth, after 12 weeks of training, the shoulder mobility test was found to have a significant difference in the experimental group (EG) (P<.01), and there was a significant difference in the control group (CG) (P<.05). Sixth, the Active Straight-Leg Raise test after 12 weeks of training was found to have a significant difference in the experimental group (EG) (P<.01). Seventh, after 12 weeks of training, the Trunk Stability Push-Up test was found to have a significant difference in the experimental group (EG) (P<.05). Eighth, after 12 weeks of training, the Rotary Stability test was found to have a significant difference in the experimental group (EG) (P<.05). Taking the above research results together, it was found that high-intensity training programs can have a positive effect on Taekwondo students. This is thought to be a way to prevent exercise injuries and enhance exercise performance through physical fitness improvement programs, professional functional training, and professional fitness improvement training for Taekwondo students
