지역사회 중심 재활 서비스를 위한 관련 분야통합교육과 IT 기반 연계 체제 구축 연구 = A Study on the Construction of the IT-based Network System and the Integrated Lecture for Community-based Rehabilitation Service

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper was to study on the construction of the IT-based network system and the integrated lecture for community-based rehabilitation(CBR) service. This study was to try to change of rehabilitation service system along with the social scientific paradigm sift and the change of 21century for knowledge-based society. The results are follow:
First, the reasons of the IT-based CBR service construction were contribution on the social welfare quality of people with handicap in a community and creation of new academic field by interdisciplinary research.
Second, IT-based CBR service construction could be processed in 4 field, that is education support system construction, research support system construction, activated social work service system construction, and inter-university cooperation system construction.
Third, IT-based CBR service model was that it was possible to be carried out the practice-centered education and rehabilitation service for community concurrently by utilizing of multimedia web database(MWDB), multimedia online virtual clinic(MOVC), and multimedia digital class(MDC).
Forth, it was expected that the foundation of IT-based CBR service construction would change the university and build the network system connecting education-
research-practical service-community people, and that it would bring a company relationship of the university and community.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역사회 중심 재활 서비스를 위한 관련 분야 통합교육과 IT 기반 연계 체제 구축에 대한 연구로서 이는 장애인에 대한 서비스가 지역사회 중심이며, 관련 영역 전문가간의 협력에 의한 서비스 중심으로 이루어지고 있는 동향에 따른 것이다. IT 기반 지역사회 중심 재활서비스 체제 구축의 목적은 IT 기반 연계 체제에 의해 대학과 지역사회의 융합을 이끌어내고, 학제적 연구에 의한 새로운 학문 분야를 창출하고, 지역사회와 교육 및 정보를 공유하며, 지역사회 장애인의 복지수준 향상에 기여하고자 함이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 지역사회 중심 재활서비스 통합 디지털 네트워크를 구축하여 멀티미디어 웹 데이터베이스(MWDB)와 온라인 가상 클리닉(MOVC), 멀티미디어 디지털 클래스(MDC) 시스템을 구축하고, 재활서비스 제공을 위한 콤플렉스(complex) 운영을 통해 지역사회 내 민관학에 걸친 재활 서비스 관련 조직과 자원 간 연계의 효율화를 추진 목표로 한다. IT 기반 지역사회 중심 재활서비스 체제가 확립되면 지역사회의 유관 기관들과 연결되어 종합적 네트워크가 형성되면서 다양한 측면에서 실질적인 효과가 기대된다.
