대학교육의 통섭과 임금체계 및 수준 = Consilience in College Education and Wage Scheme

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper analyzes the optimal wage scheme for universities to improve the effectiveness of consilience in education among different professors. Specifically the differences between the common wage scheme and the personal wage scheme were studied. To encourage consilience in college education, each professor should be evaluated according to the personal wage scheme and he who puts more efforts to internalize positive externality needs to be awarded more. The resulting differences in wages will motivate the professors to work for the consilience, which increases not only the students` surplus but also the university`s.
