The objective of this study is to examine the possibility of cyber-parent education for military families and also to establish the foundation for the development and application of cyber-parent education program optimized for military families in the future, by examining the effects of the participation in cyber-parent education on assisting preschoolers`` healthy growth/development. This study targeted 151 mothers who responded to both pre/post surveys after participating in the online ``Military Family``s Preschooler Development Support Program`` for military families with preschoolers, belonging to the army under the cooperation of the army headquarters and S Cyber University‘s production. In the results of analyzing the pre/post tests data to examine the effects of the program, first, mothers`` parenting stress was overall significantly decreased, including daily child parenting stress and stress about parent roles. Second, mothers`` parenting attitude also showed significant differences. The marks of affective attitude and autonomous attitude were increased while the mark of rejective controlling attitude was decreased. Lastly, the mark of mothers`` parenting efficacy showed statistically significant differences. Such results mean that the cyber-parent education program has positive effects on the reduction of parenting burden of mothers of military families with preschoolers.
