1. Most of ophthalmic dispensing P.D have been dispensed more largely than prescription in ophthalmic dispensed spectacles.

2. Consumers high preference inclination of large frame makes P. D imprecise.

3. As market is supplied with frame on the basis of reading glass spectacles, the kind of frame of reading glass spectacles is limited, especilly the development and supply of large frame with a small eye size is urgent.

4. Although various materials, size and eccentric lens are manufactured and supplied in lens among stock lens, it is necessary that a variety of material and kinds of eccen-triced lens be supplied and this sort of reading glass be possessed because the sort and size of + lens of reading glass are limited.

5. The correct ophthalmic dispensing optically is difficult, and it differ in measures acc-ording to the years of optometrist, as service is more, as optometrist in cooperation with consumer manufactured more correct spectacles according to this study.
