중국 산동성 농산품콜드체인 구축 역량요인이 물류 효율성에 미치는 영향 연구 : 프로세스 혁신의 매개 효과를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 농산물 유통시장의 변화에 따라 콜드체인 물류 서비스의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 효율적인 콜드체인은 농산물의 품질과 신선도를 유지하고 소비자 건강과 식품 산업의 경쟁력을 향상시킨다. 특히, 농산물의 유통 및 저장 과정에서 발생하는 품질 저하와 낭비는 환경과 식품 산업에 부담을 준다. 중국의 산동성은 다양한 농산물이 생산되지만, 기후와 계절적 요인으로 인해 유통 및 보관 중 품질 저하와 손실이 발생한다. 현재 중국 산동성의 농산물 콜드체인 물류 시스템은 초기 단계에 있으며 시설과 관리 수준의 개선이 필요하다.
본 연구는 중국 농산물의 콜드체인 물류 시스템에 관한 중요성과 그 효율성 간의 관계를 탐구한다. 이를 위해 중국의 산동성을 중심으로 현장 조사를 실시하고, 관련 변수들 간의 모델을 구축한다. 이를 통해 다음과 같은 다섯 가지 주요 결론을 도출한다.
첫째, 파트너십은 물류 프로세스 혁신과 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 이를 통해 농산물의 신선도와 안전성을 보장할 수 있다.
둘째, 스마트 물류 인프라는 물류 프로세스 혁신을 촉진하고, 농산물 유통 시스템의 효율성과 안정성을 향상시킨다.
셋째, 정부의 지원 정책은 농산물 콜드체인 프로세스 혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 이는 지역 경제와 소비자들에게도 긍정적인 영향을 미친다.
넷째, 데이터 기반 전문성은 물류 프로세스의 최적화를 통해 농산물의 신선도를 유지하고, 물류 시스템의 안정성을 향상시킨다.
마지막으로, 콜드체인 프로세스 혁신은 물류 효율성을 향상시키고 농산물 유통 시스템의 성능을 개선시키며 경쟁력을 강화하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다.
따라서 중국의 산동성 농산물 콜드체인 물류 시스템의 향상은 농산물 산업과 시장의 발전을 촉진하며 이는 다른 국가들의 농산물 산업에도 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 중국 산동성 농산품 콜드체인 구축의 주요 역량 요인들이 물류 효율성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 파트너쉽, 스마트 물류 인프라, 정부 지원정책, 데이터 기반 전문성, 프로세스 혁신이 물류 효율성 증대에 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 확인하였다. 이에 따라 농사품 콜드체인 거입들은 이러한 요인들을 고려하여 전략을 수립하고 실행함으로써 물류 효율성을 극대화 시키고 기업의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 이를 통해 산동성의 농산품 콜드체인은 더욱 견고해지고 지속 가능한 발전을 이룰 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recent changes in the agricultural distribution market have highlighted the importance of cold chain logistics services. An efficient cold chain maintains the quality and freshness of agricultural products and improves consumer health and the competitiveness of the food industry. In particular, deterioration and waste during the distribution and storage of agricultural products puts a strain on the environment and the food industry. Shandong Province in China produces a wide variety of agricultural products, but due to climate and seasonal factors, quality degradation and losses occur during distribution and storage. Currently, the cold chain logistics system for agricultural products in Shandong Province is in its infancy and needs to be improved in terms of facilities and management.
This study explores the relationship between the importance of the cold chain logistics system of agricultural products in China and its efficiency. To this end, a field survey is conducted in Shandong Province, China, and a model is built between the relevant variables. From this, we draw five main conclusions.
First, partnerships have a positive impact on logistics process innovation and performance, which can ensure the freshness and safety of agricultural products.
Second, smart logistics infrastructure promotes logistics process innovation and improves the efficiency and stability of the agricultural distribution system.
Third, supportive government policies have a positive impact on the innovation of agricultural cold chain processes, which in turn has a positive impact on the local economy and consumers.
Fourth, data-driven expertise can optimize logistics processes to maintain the freshness of agricultural products and improve the reliability of the logistics system.
Finally, cold chain process innovation plays an important role in enhancing logistics efficiency, improving the performance of the agricultural distribution system and enhancing competitiveness.
Therefore, the improvement of the agricultural cold chain logistics system in Shandong Province of China promotes the development of the agricultural industry and market, which may also have implications for the agricultural industry in other countries. This study analyzed the impact of key capability factors on logistics efficiency in the construction of agricultural cold chain in Shandong Province, China. The results show that partnerships, smart logistics infrastructure, government support policies, data-driven expertise, and process innovation play an important role in increasing logistics efficiency. Accordingly, agricultural cold chain players can maximize logistics efficiency and enhance their competitiveness by formulating and implementing strategies that take these factors into account. This will help Shandong's agricultural cold chain become more robust and achieve sustainable development.
