가전 제조기업 제품 재고관리에 있어서 보충기반과 예측기반 재고관리정책 비교 분석 = The Study on Comparative Analysis of Replenishment-Based and Forecast-Based Inventory Policies: Case of A Consumer Electronics Manufacturing Company

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper studies the comparison of replenishment based inventory control policy and forecast based on inventory control policy. This study simulates two inventory control policies for deciding which policy generate more proper target inventory level based on case study data. We develop a simulation model to decide the proper target inventory level for replenishment inventory management using system dynamics Powersim simulation tool. The study shows that the replenishment based inventory control policy is more effective in terms of order fulfillment rate. Two policies show similar performance in terms average inventory level.
