      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The study was analyzed to testify the excellency among commercial milk and infant formula. In view of these facts, it is of importance comparing chemical compositions. 5 commercial milk and 3 infant formula were purchased in supermarket.

      1.Total nucleic acid concentration in commercial milk and infant formula were 1.43W /V% and 2.62W/V%, respectively.
      2.Total free sugar concentration in commercial milk(6. 32W. V%) and infant formula (11.68W/V%).
      3.Total amino acid concentration was 2. 86% in commercial milk, and 11. 20% in infant
      formula.
      4.In fatty acids, especially DHA in commercial milk was not detected.
      5.Major mineral and trace metal analyzed by ICP after wet digestion. The elements examined in the samples were Ca, Mg, K, P, Na in major mineral and Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Pb in trace metal.

      In the most of trace metal, infant formula was higher than commercial milk. Cd and Pb
      were not detected.
